Order Processing Times: Standard delivery of orders with the wording “Express 24/48h” takes place on average 1 to 3 working days after order dispatch in Germany, 2 to 5 working days in Europe, and within 10 working days to all other destinations worldwide.
Standard delivery of orders with no wording are not physically in stock but can be ordered and have a delivery time of 3 to 20 working days. -
Shipping Methods: We offer free shipping over 200€ to Germany, for orders under 200€ the shipping pgament is 6.99€. We also offer free shipping for orders over 300€ in the rest of Europe, otherwise the cost is 14.99€. Details regarding delivery times and shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking: All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link to track the progress of your package.
After 24 hours of placing your order, you will be able to follow the shipping status by accessing the tracking page.
Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the sneakers are in their original condition and with the packaging intact. Contact us to start the return procedure.

How to Make a Return: To make a return, contact us at info@kickersboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return process.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the price of the returned item, excluding the original shipping costs. Your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
