Authenticity
Are your sneakers authentic?
Yes, all of our sneakers are guaranteed 100% authentic. Before they are shipped, our experts check them precisely to ensure their originality. All items come directly from our network of professional partners and dealers in Europe and are delivered in their original packaging with all accessories included.
How do you guarantee the authenticity of the products?
Each sneaker goes through a rigorous verification process by our team of experts to confirm its authenticity before being released for sale.
How do we have limited and sold out products in all the traditional stores?
These sneakers on offer are only available in limited numbers, so they sell out in traditional stores in a very short time.
Thanks to our European network of professional resellers and vendors, we can give you access to these products, even after their official release.
Orders and Shipments
How can I check the status of my order?
All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link to track the progress of your package.
After 24 hours of placing your order, you will be able to follow the shipping status by accessing the tracking page.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery of orders with the wording “Express 24/48h” takes place on average 1 to 3 working days after order dispatch in Germany, 2 to 5 working days in Europe, and within 10 working days to all other destinations worldwide.
Standard delivery of orders with no wording are not physically in stock but can be ordered and have a delivery time of 3 to 20 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
To satisfy our customers, we offer free shipping for orders over 200€ in Germany. Shipping costs for each additional country will be displayed individually at the end of the purchase.
Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?
If you have not yet received a tracking number from DHL, it means that your order has not yet been shipped and is on its way to us or is currently being authenticated. As soon as your order is delivered to our shipping partner, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it.
You will need to wait for delivery and proceed with any return and/or exchange

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods. These include: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay and PayPal.You also have the option of paying with our partner Klarna (immediate, invoice or installment) . To do this, select your preferred payment method at the time of purchase and manage your payment at any time from the Klarna app.
Are payments secure?
We use advanced security protocols and SSL encryption to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure.
How does installment payment work with Klarna?
To make an installment purchase with Klarna, this option must be selected at the time of payment. You will be able to adjust the installment amount to your needs and thus have an even better buying experience. The first installment will be charged when the order is confirmed by Kickers Boutiquee the second and third installments will be 30 and 60 days. You can always monitor the payment schedule in the Klarna app.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Of course, it is possible to pay cash on delivery.
Products
How do you determine the price of a product?
The products available on this site are released online and in selected physical stores by manufacturers in very small quantities. The price of the product may depend on color, size, and its current market value, which is determined through the quantity produced and demand.
Is it possible to order a product that is not diponibile on the site?
You can safely request the product by sending us an email or contact us via whastapp: +49 1573 8172177 or on our Instagram page. You will receive a detailed quote from our Team within 24/48h.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the sneakers are in their original condition and with the packaging intact. Contact us to start the return procedure.
When will I receive the refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the process is complete.
How can I cancel my payment request if I paid with Klarna?
If you wish to cancel your order placed with Klarna , your request must be sent via email to info@kickersboutique.com. We can then modify/cancel your payment request accordingly.
As soon as Klarna has registered our feedback, your invoice will be cancelled. You can always view the status of your order in the “Purchases” section in the Klarna app.
